Role

Reorg provides breaking news and market-moving intelligence along with cutting-edge technology and data for hedge funds, investment banks and law firms. We are changing the way that professionals access opaque or complex information, and we are always looking for bright minds to join our growing Commercial team. 

As an Account Development Manager (ADM), you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and service to our existing Legal customers, expanding our existing relationships, growing our penetration within each client through identifying sales opportunities and where needed supporting in the management of product trials with customers directly. This will be achieved via in-person meetings, regular phone conversations and detailed follow up via email.

In this role you will not directly own customer accounts and therefore will need to work closely with existing Legal Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to ensure alignment of tasks and activities, to avoid any possible overlap.

Whilst expanding the existing commercial relationship is a key part of this role, you will also work to help maintain existing account revenue, supporting the Account Manager and Customer Success team in ensuring customers maximize the value from their existing products and solutions from Reorg.

You will be expected to provide timely and accurate responses to customers, ensuring opportunities managed well and all customer activity logged in our CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a commercial sales support to existing Account Managers, re-selling the value of Reorg and its products to the customers you interact with to ensure they retain and purchase Reorg products and services.
  • Work closely with existing Account Managers and CSMs on activities day to day and week to week, providing added value with each customer interaction and avoiding duplication of tasks.
  • Provide support to existing customers to retain and grow the subscriptions they currently take from Reorg, whilst ensuring great customer service and support. Ensure the value of existing business is understood by the customer and that you play a key part in ensuring this business is retained and revenue increased year on year on the accounts you work with.
  • Identify additional new product and solution opportunities, and work with the Account Manager on next steps and progression of these opportunities.
  • Effectively and tightly manage product trials with customers, the trial strategy, trial communication and overall engagement with key stakeholders and users at the customer to ensure the best commercial outcome.
  • May be required to conduct quarterly or biannual business reviews, aligned with overarching strategy.
  • Regularly meet in person with customer stakeholders and users across the customers’ offices and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner, logging all interactions in Salesforce.
  • Manage post sale adoption of new products, including roll outs and implementation plans. This includes overseeing adoption plan of services for first 24 months of usage on designated customer accounts.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require additional attention to the Account Manager as soon as you are aware of any, and potentially work together on resolution for the customer.
  • Perform other related duties as required and as assigned to you in this commercial supporting role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial client-facing role.
  • Experience working with the Legal sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in using Salesforce and Power BI dashboards to update activity and review account performance.

 

At Reorg, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary range estimate for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. 

The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
