Role

Reorg is currently looking for an Account Executiveto join our dynamic team. This will be a hybrid role where the Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers while also  bringing in new business with a focus on institutional companies including hedge funds, large asset managers and investment banks. This full-time position is located in our Hong Kong office.

This is an individual contributor position, part of a global team of 10. 

Responsibilities

New Business Responsibilities: 

  • Establish business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Manage all facets of the sales cycle to exceed annual targets including pitching, negotiating, closing and cross selling
  • Identify competitive advantages through understanding how current subscribers leverage our products
  • Interface with prospects and communicate the value of all Reorg products

Account Management Responsibilities 

  • Manage all aspects of the renewal cycle for a book of existing APAC customers within the buyside and sell-side segments. 
  • Drive key client interactions, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within accounts, aiming for a net retention target of 115%+
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and an unparalleled customer experience
  • Work closely with Reorg's product team to identify and opportunities for product enhancement
  • Employ meticulous tracking and analysis of KPIs and product usage on accounts to formulate and implement appropriate relationship management strategies and territory planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise sales role 
  • Strong interest in the financial sales space with the ability to become an industry expert
  • Proven skill in building relationships and business partnerships to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Experience in financial markets and/or financial media is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce
