About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager specializing in organic acquisition to join our dynamic Growth team and lead our App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sustainable growth through organic channels, focusing on acquiring new customers through non-paid strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO, ASO, content marketing, social media, and other organic acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic growth through strategic ASO and SEO initiatives. 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic acquisition strategy to drive new user growth and user engagement, incl. a robust link-building strategy to increase the site’s authority and drive organic traffic. 
  • Lead the development and optimization of SEO initiatives, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to increase search visibility and drive traffic to our website. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies and ongoing optimizations to improve app visibility and drive downloads. 
  • Partner with our Product and Engineering teams to identify technical SEO needs and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawling, indexing, and ranking.
  • Create and manage content marketing campaigns, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, newsletters, and other assets to drive organic traffic and engagement. 
  • Utilize social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance and user experience, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in organic acquisition, and implement strategies accordingly.
  • Experiment with new growth tactics, channels, and tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

About you: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • At least 6+ years of proven experience in organic acquisition, SEO, ASO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. Growth-oriented and comfortable with modeling and monitoring key performance business metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and social media management platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASO tools and platforms, such as App Store Connect, Google Play Console and third-party ASO tools. 
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Looker, and Google Analytics. SQL knowledge or other analytics and business intelligence tools are a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in organic acquisition and growth marketing.
  • No challenge is too big or small. You’re an executor and can go deep into the details, but equally able to drive big-picture strategy.
  • Possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, empathy, and dedication to great consumer experiences.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $115,000 to $144,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications, or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
