At RentPath (now a Redfin company), the Senior Compensation Analyst will lead compensation initiatives that ensure RentPath’s pay philosophy is equitable and competitive.
A day in the life
Monitoring and advising on internal equity matters concerning employee base of ~800
Execution of compensation changes related to promotions, new hires, etc.
Assisting in merit process (communication, disbursement, tracking, recommendation on merit budget, market competitiveness, etc.)
Prepare ad hoc reports and spreadsheets as requested.
Participate in and support implementations of new or revised variable compensation plans (e.g., pilot programs and contests) in comp calculation system.
Complete additional projects or responsibilities when requested by Manager.
What we need from you
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience.
3+ Years progressive experience in a compensation role
Demonstrated consistent success operating with rapidly shifting priorities, deliverables and timelines; is energized by this environment.
Previous experience in annual merit process administration
Expert level in MS Excel and Google Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
