We are currently looking for a Sales Business Development Executive. This is a very Sr. individual contributor direct sales role and requires multiple years of successful Enterprise and or National Accounts level digital sales success. This person will be selling to our largest property management companies and be responsible for driving revenue growth and new client acquisition. Strong Digital Sales experience is a requirement for this role. You will be focused on clients with the most new business growth potential while evangelizing the outstanding ROI in our multi dimensional product suite. This requires Zoom then post Covid in person consultative and targeted selling to all key client contacts (- (i.e. property managers, management company leaders, and industry association contacts). While focusing on our largest marquee property management companies you will need to interact successfully with multiple levels of internal and external key stakeholders You will be part of a culture that is warm, inclusive, amazing, and does lots to give back. As a senior BD executive you will evangelize all of our products including Leads, Search, Social, Reputation Management Products, Lead Response Systems, Display, Video products and Virtual Leasing Center. The BD Executive is responsible for generating new business by leveraging a consultative, relationship and Challenger based sales approach
This will be done through securing upgrades and growing non current accounts, while maximizing retention and penetration. This executive will need to be able to provide written feedback on client needs, RentPath’s ability to meet those needs, what is working and ideas to drive successful revenue growth into these clients. You will have a seat at the table bringing creativity, strong proven sales strategies, and the ability to execute growth plans.
Additionally, the Senior Business Development Executive will build internal relationships and work collaboratively with Billing, Customer Service, Save Desk, and Sales Operations to support success sales. The BD Executive is responsible for actively driving sales within our largest Regional and National Property Management Companies. They will sell our full suite of solutions.

As you are deeply impressed with our marketing you do successful research and discovery while presenting creative ROI based solutions. As you work closely with marketing to use our highly established case data for ROI you see your customers moving quickly through your pipeline to close. - Identify all issues of assigned accounts and assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Actively sell and grow accounts for the specified territory account base.
- Achieve all revenue expectations associated with your assigned products.
- You have the opportunity to manage progress of assigned territory and achieve established key performance indicators and revenue expectations.
- You will actively participate in related industry organizations and key industry events

- Your sales target audience will include executive and “C” suite within the multi-family space.
- You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;

What We Need From You
You’re a front line operator, a “Digital Delta Operative’ who is a driver by nature and loves to creatively cultivate and win large Enterprise sales.
You have the ability to read the room and the situations, react to it and act accordingly.
You are comfortable starting conversations in any environment and understand the importance of building customer connections.
You are extremely collaborative and possess original creative ideas that enlist customer values and participation.
We are looking for strong Digital acumen and a plus in this role will be if you are either Google Ad Certified, Facebook Blue Print Certified and IAB Certified encouraged. You are highly analytical and bring experience with performance marketing based selling to the table. You are a hustler and a HUNTER. You bring 7-10+ years minimum relevant experience achieving and exceeding high quotas in the digital landscape. You have a successful track record of success and consistent goal attainment in previous roles.
You have attained a BS Degree and have the proven ability to communicate and secure new business directly within executive levels of an organization. You excel at presentation and communication skills.
You are able to, and excited to, travel extensively (60-80%+ of time) in this role. Let’s face it, nothing beats face to face interaction with your clients.
