About the Role

We are working closely with our customer in the Healthcare industry to hire a knowledgeable Healthcare Centric Recruiter, seeking a high-energy work environment where they can make an immediate impact on the recruiting strategy and Vision for our client. You will provide key leadership and knowledge to the team within the Middle East as well as work closely with all offices in the US. 

What this job can offer you

The exciting part! Below you can find what this role entails:

  • Design & implement overall recruiting strategy throughout the Middle East. Working closely with Talent Relations and Sales Team to source Health care Professionals (HCP).
  • Build the direct recruiting strategy, techniques, and efforts for the next 5 years and beyond, including hiring, training and leading a team within varied locations in the Middle East.
  • Day to day coordination of agencies, support, and follow up on their recruiting efforts. You would be the main point of contact between all Middle Eastern agencies and the team in the US.
  • Support agencies to provide the right materials, presentations, and other efforts in order to help them source the right HCP’s
  • Travel across the Middle East to attend and drive job fairs and careers events, visit colleges, hospitals etc. • Coordinating, when necessary, with the US team, for consulate interviews, medical exams, and other local immigration processes.

What you bring

  • Solid experience in recruiting of healthcare professionals. If you have a clinical background, even better.
  • People management experience a plus.
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly.
  • Availability and willingness to to travel for recruiting events.
  • Service focussed and able to represent the firm well to external organizations, clients, and vendors.
