The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Sales Operations Campaigns Analyst, joining our Sales team.

We are looking for someone to craft sequences for the sales development team to use for event follow up, MQL follow up and persona based outreach. You will also analysis the results of these sequences on a regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness, and iterate when needed to optimize results. You will have a key role in building company lists to be used by the sales development team taking into account data and company strategic goals.


  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Past experience executing on sales messaging and persona based messaging
  • Analytical mind to analysis results and iterate on messaging and tactics
  • Appetite for optimization
  • Conduct analyses of lapsed leads to gain deeper insights into pipeline
  • Help support training and educating new sales team members on CRM processes and best practices
  • 2+ years experience in a fast-growing start-up environment
  • Writes and speaks fluent English
  • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

Key responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and measure performance of outbound lists built based on our ideal customer profile
  • Own SDR activity KPIs and facilitate reporting to sales managers and leadership
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies
  • Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions
  • Craft email sequences for the Sales Development Team to use in both the inbound and outbound capacity
  • Organize and execute on one off outreach campaigns, including building lists of accounts and prospects to target, and messaging execution
  • Analyze campaign, sequence and email metrics on a regular basis
  • Iterate on email sequences to avoid stale messaging, and optimize language and cadences to drive pipeline
  • Run A/B tests to uncover which messaging tactics lead to the best results
  • Collaborate with sales development leaders, SDRs, and marketing to incorporate feedback and new ideas into the campaigns and messaging

We do not agree to or encourage cheap-labour practices and therefore pay a minimum annual salary of USD 40,000 per year, in all locations throughout the world. Actual compensation may vary based upon geographical location, experience, and/or skill level. However, it will never be below our minimum global compensation mentioned.
