Role Overview:

Your primary objective will be to ensure Relyance AI customers are onboarded effectively, are set up for success, and are successfully handed off to the Customer Success team.

High-level responsibilities include:

  • Work with our growing customer base to provide an exceptional onboarding experience. You will own our customers' experience during the onboarding phase and will be responsible for implementing our technology and outlining it’s value to our customers.
  • Create clarity for our customers by using your strong project management skills. Onboarding is the first post-sale touchpoint for our customers and their experience needs to be as seamless as possible.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks while escalating effectively and as appropriate. Maintain a sense of urgency and action into the project timelines, internally and externally.
  • Use your technical chops to work with engineering and security stakeholders and help them implement Relyance AI.
  • Become a Relyance AI product expert.
  • Conduct training to educate customers on the value Relyance AI will bring to their global privacy and data protection programs.
  • Identify process gaps, templatize and implement playbooks to scale and optimize the Relyance AI implementation function.
  • Be the voice of the customer by capturing customer feedback and channeling that internally.

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in leading customer-facing implementations for SaaS platforms. Experience with managing multiple stakeholders across different verticals.
  • Embrace different technology stacks. For example, having a basic understanding of the Microservices architecture, Docker, REST APIs and CI/CD, etc. will set you up for success.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have strong organizational and project management skills. This role will need you to be obsessive about creating clarity for our customers to ensure their experience with onboarding remains unparalleled.
  • Are curious. This role will challenge your technical and domain-specific skills and having a healthy dose of curiosity about the modern tech stack and the privacy landscape will set you up for success. If you are hungry for knowledge and love learning new cross-domain concepts, you will be set up for success.
  • Have empathy for customer workflows. Making customers successful makes you successful.
  • Look at things from a strategic lens but still obsess over tactical details to provide a great customer experience.
  • Have a growth mindset, are an optimist, and generally think from first principles.

Nice to haves:

  • Coding experience (language agnostic) either in a previous job or as a side project. While your day-to-day job wouldn’t include writing code, this role will entail understanding different technologies (observability solutions, data warehouses, etc.) and working with engineers to integrate Relyance.
  • Privacy-related experience in some capacity (GDPR, CCPA, GRC, etc.).
