Job Description

As Relyance AI’s Executive Assistant to the Co-CEO, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Co-CEO, as well as assisting with events and general operations, while continuing to drive the positive company culture. This individual is expected to resolve time-sensitive issues with a high degree of precision, empathy, and tactical awareness. Thoughtfulness, proactive thinking, and commitment to the highest quality of support will be keys to success in this position, as you navigate the fast-paced environment. You are very comfortable learning new things.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player who can manage several tasks and projects independently while also providing professional support to the Co-CEO.

Job Duties

  • Manage active, constantly changing, and complex business calendars.
  • Resolve time-sensitive issues with a high degree of precision.
  • Act as partner and/or liaison with the extended executive team and external parties.
  • Help orchestrate and/or lead various projects.
  • Plan and coordinate all-hands meetings, external meetings with senior executives, board meetings, internal events, team off-sites (as needed), including logistical and budget management.
  • Be a champion and an earnest driver of positive and energetic company culture.
  • Be resourceful, scrappy, and creative in finding solutions.
  • Obsess over operational efficiency at every dimension.
  • Prepare communications, documents, presentations and reporting for executives.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, following through on issues quickly and thoroughly.
  • Arrange travel schedules and handle expenses for executives.
  • Ad hoc projects and duties as needed.


  • 5+ years of executive support at the C-level, preferably in high-tech (high growth start-up experience a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge in a wide array of online tools, including spreadsheets and slide presentations (Office suite and Google suite), with ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive and company meetings.
  • The ideal candidate is a self starter, detailed, highly organized and meets deadlines.
  • Able to work collaboratively and calmly, especially in stressful circumstances.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information, situations with discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Proven ability to independently see a project through from start to finish.
  • The inclination to build connections across groups and levels, seeking a wide range of suggestions and then proactively implementing them.
  • Exceptional judgment and active foresight.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage complex issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
