Role Overview

This role requires you to think strategically about how Relyance AI can attract and retain the best talent as an AI company while positioning the company to scale rapidly. You will design and be responsible for the end-to-end execution of a talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s values and business trajectory. Given that you are responsible for Relyance’s most valuable asset, its people, you must have a strategic and forward-thinking outlook on how the company can be an attractive, inclusive, and rewarding place for the best talent in tech to work. You must thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term talent acquisition strategy and roadmap, with focuses on sourcing strategy, diversity initiatives, metrics, overall process, communications and employer branding
  • Advise on how recruiting activities and initiatives can be designed to align with business priorities and resource allocation requirements
  • Develop strategies to support an inclusive environment and promote the building of diverse, highly effective teams throughout the organization
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfil their team needs
  • Help develop a compensation and benefits philosophy that aligns with operational priorities and external benchmarking criteria
  • Partner with marketing to promote the Relyance employer brand, aligning our employer branding strategy with our general company branding

You are a good fit if you have:

  • Have at least 4-10 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with substantial experience leading the talent acquisition function at a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Are a highly motivated and results-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong record of success in developing and managing the talent acquisition function
  • Have the ability to develop trust and credibility across the business, and effectively manage shifting and sometimes competing priorities
  • Have strong business acumen and are an effective communicator
  • Can think strategically about recruiting and diversity initiatives, and anticipate the needs of a high-growth technology company
  • Have experience in employer brand building
  • Have a team-first attitude, and are excited about meeting the varied needs of a young company
