Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager with a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) technology to lead the development and launch of integration products and add-ons for Reltio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrations with both operational and analytical solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced value for our customers.

You should bring an enthusiastic, team-player attitude, foster cooperation with other departments, and drive innovation and customer adoption for your product areas. You should be able to identify opportunities for product and process improvements and drive results. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for MDM integrations with operational and analytics platforms, including ERP, CRM, data lakes, and cloud data warehouses.
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market needs.
  • Product Development & Launch:
    • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for integration products and add-ons to Reltio.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions.
  • Integration Solutions:
    • Design and develop integration products that connect MDM with operational systems (ERP, CRM) and analytical solutions (BI tools, data warehouses).
    • Ensure that the integrations support data synchronization, governance, and enrichment across the enterprise landscape.
  • Customer Focus & Advocacy:
    • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the products address customer pain points and deliver exceptional value.
    • Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback, identify use cases, and refine product offerings.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of Reltio integrations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and resolve challenges.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new integration products, including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
    • Work with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product collateral, demos, and sales enablement materials.
  • Metrics & Performance:
    • Define key product metrics and success criteria, and track product performance post-launch.
    • Continuously optimize the product based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.

Skills You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10-12 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on Master Data Management (MDM) technology.
  • Proven experience in building and launching integration products for MDM solutions, including operational (ERP, CRM) and analytical (BI, data warehouse) integrations.
  • Deep understanding of data management, data integration, and data governance concepts.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage with engineering teams on architecture and design discussions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Skills That Are Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions and integrations with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.
  • Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, and data integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in MDM is a plus.
