Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Field Marketing Manager to create an integrated strategy that’s deeply aligned with our sales and customer facing teams, to drive pipeline growth (cross sell and upsell) from expansion through a variety of sales-focused plays, marketing ABX campaigns, and customer events/webinars, community events, and engaging with the customer base.

You’ll partner closely with Field, Sales, Customer Success, Sales enablement, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Product Management, and balance strategic thinking with execution across a broad range of initiatives.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally to activate marketing campaigns and programs across the sales organization, as well as gather and share feedback to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with sales needs. In addition, experienced in creating unique and engaging customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and tactics that support expansion strategy and objectives; adjusting course as needed in response to changing conditions. This includes whitespace analyses, alignment of priorities, and coordination within cross functional teams.
  • Create repeatable and scalable processes to create and mature a robust pipeline from our customer base, in partnership with customer-facing functional teams. 
  • Ensure that an integrated and cohesive experience is provided to our customer base in their expansion journeys. 
  • Partner closely with the Enterprise sales team, CSMs, and customer facing teams to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Amplify Reltio’s positioning and portfolio through marketing channels, social, PR, events, webinars, and community events.
  • Lead the Reltio Community program, which operates with a larger Reltio cross-functional team, as a way to nurture vibrant community across our customer base. 
  • Travel to events to oversee on-site execution and ensure all attendees receive a best-in-class experience and engage our customers.
  • Analyze all marketing performance metrics and identify areas of improvement and actionable recommendations for future programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing  and sales enablement teams to ensure our customers are engaging with high-quality content assets that resonate with our customers and support sales plays.
  • Set KPIs for the program and align key stakeholders on success metrics.

Skills You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience, including field marketing and sales partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, in particular with field and customer facing roles
  • Prior experience managing a community, customer forums, and events for customers is preferred
  • Strong project management and effective communication skills
  • Strategic thinking to build out customer marketing programs that are aligned with go-to-market strategies and demonstrated outcomes orientation
  • Strong operator who can build out processes and programs that scale with the business
  • Drive for results and ability to successful execute on a range of programs, events,  and priorities at the same time
  • Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment with a “quick start” mentality and high production output, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel domestically 1-2 per quarter
