 Your Role:  

  • Be the conduit between the Re-Leased team and our customers as they are onboarded.  
  • Understand and translate our customers' needs and requirements and ensure seamless project management as they start their Re-Leased journey.  
  • Manage data migration and training, tailoring processes to customer needs. 
  • Advocate for customers, influencing product enhancements and user satisfaction. 
  • Be a customer champion, ensuring their views are represented in the company and driving continual improvement in user satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback. 
  • Uphold exceptional communication standards and a commitment to quality. 

Your Expertise:  

  • Background in commercial real estate. 
  • Agile implementation experience. 
  • Proven ability to conduct online training sessions.

Your Skills: 

  • Good time management. 
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral. 
  • Accounting experience (Quickbooks Online, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics or Sage). 
  • Strong Excel skills. 

This remote-friendly role is available across the US, although preference is given to people able to travel to our Dallas office.
