Your Role 

You'll be a key part of our Customer team, providing frontline support to our customers across a variety of channels. You will be the accounting expert for our customers, as we offer trust Accounting and Accounting software system integrations with Sage, Xero and Quickbooks Online. As a Customer Support Specialist for the APAC region, you will work alongside our Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product teams to ensure exchange of information that enhances the APAC Re-Leased customer experience.

This role could be based anywhere in NZ or AU.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Provide frontline level support to customers via Inbound and outbound emails, phone calls, online chat and online sessions 
  • Investigate and document support tickets for escalation to other teams 
  • Participate in cross-functional collaborative events across different time zones 
  • Update the Knowledge Base articles to reflect the latest application functionality
  • Build and maintain key company relationships, internal and external
  • Support the Customer team with project management and onboarding new customers 
  • Be the accounting expert in the team, sharing knowledge with other members of the Customer team

Your Experience 

  • Essential: A background in trust accounting or accounting software experience
  • Proven experience providing frontline support
  • Strong demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills 
  • Proven ability to explain complex, technical concepts in simple, easy to understand terms
  • Zendesk experience is also a bonus
