Your Role  

As Customer Success Manager you will have a dedicated portfolio of customers. You will drive a direct impact on our business by helping your customers transform how they work with Re-Leased as well as increasing our renewal and upsell rates. You’ll play a vital role in the customer journey as the customer’s main advocate and advisor, influencing key decision-makers and developing a partnership based on trust.   

Your Responsibilities  

  • Create policies and procedures that optimize the Re-Leased customer experience  
  • Create a community based on customer engagement through value-add initiatives for our customer base   
  • Gather and communicate feedback from your customers to ensure our internal teams are focused on the voice of the customer 
  • Act as a product expert and be the face of Re-Leased for your customer base  
  • Provide technical support and training to customers when needed and facilitate upskilling to increase customer engagement and net retention 
  • Assist in educating the customer on the best ways to utilize Re-Leased products based on their business needs, resulting in upselling opportunities 
  • Champion the Re-Leased product internally and help educate our team on the value proposition we take to market  

Your Experience  

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent professional communication skills  
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles  
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth  
  • Ability to explain complex, technical concepts in simple, easy to understand terms  
  • Property industry knowledge is a bonus
