We are on a growth journey and have some lofty ambitions over the next 5 years to deliver sustained and efficient growth and to build long term, repeatable excellence. To sustain this growth, we have created the new role of Salesforce and Database Administrator. 

Who are we looking for? 

As the Salesforce and Database Administrator you will ensure that Re-Leased sellers are accessing a Salesforce environment that’s both brimming with valid data and optimized for efficiently supporting the process of identifying, managing and closing sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, has high attention to detail, has a business owner mindset, is a Salesforce guru and who will thrive in a high energy work environment. You will be working closely with the Global Head of Sales Operations and Sales Enablement Manager.  

Your key responsibilities will be split between the two main areas – administering Salesforce and our Database. As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for: 

  • Harness a broad technical understanding of declarative Salesforce functionality  
  • Ability to configure Lightning Web Components and interpret pre-existing basic APEX triggers / code is desirable.  
  • Diligently manage API integrations with sensitive, core third party applications including HubSpot, Outreach and Planhat.  
  • Manage all requests for support from Re-Leased’s 50-strong user base, responding to and resolving issues to agreed SLAs 
  • Own all aspects of user and license management  
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Field Trip and Optimizer 
  • Leverage a rich understanding of Reports to build and maintain a suite of dashboards 
  • Develop a suite of ‘How to’ user guides and incorporate into our Sales Playbook 

As our Database Administrator, you will be responsible for: 

  • Implement tools and processes to ensure and maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the existing Salesforce database 
  • Using both automated (scraping) and manual means, extract company and contact level information from web sources (including, but not limited to, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator), entering the results into Excel  
  • Transform scraped and manually entered data into the appropriate format to upload to Salesforce 

To be considered for this key role, you will have the following skills and experience: 

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (preferably with Lightning), within a high growth B2B Saas organization 
  • Additional desirable Salesforce certifications include: Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM/ADX 201), Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder 
  • Experience running large scale web scrapes, utilizing sound Python knowledge  
  • Familiarity with techniques and tools for crawling, extracting and processing data (e.g. Scrapy, pandas, mapreduce, SQL, BeautifulSoup).  
  • Experience undertaking large ETL projects with Salesforce.com 
  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to influence stakeholders  
  • The ability and drive to bring in new ideas and a willingness to go the extra mile to execute them
