Our goal is to use farmland to cool the earth. We are currently monitoring 150 million acres of land in over 45 countries. This year alone, with just one project, our carbon emissions reductions are equivalent to taking 17,000 cars off the road! We are already on our way to a more sustainable planet.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Professional to join us and become an expert in Regrow’s products spanning across agronomy, sustainability, and carbon. Reporting to the Global Head of Business and Product development this is a highly visible position that provides direct impact on the growth of the company. 

What You Will Do:

  • You will become a trusted advisor to Regrow customers, deeply understand their business and their needs, and help them maximize the value they get from Regrow’s technology.
  • Own and Lead the customer journey, through product adoption, business reviews, and renewals to evangelism.
  • Manage customer onboarding and training by building a strong and trusted relationship as you establish a clear process for our customers.
  • Track milestones of success by outlining critical success factors and metrics, as well as identifying potential issues, providing recommendations, and driving resolutions
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction leading to >90% retention and 200%+ expansions of our customer base
  • Support Account Executives or dedicated Relationship Managers in negotiations of annual software subscription renewals and identify opportunities to offer additional analytical products across Regrow’s portfolio.
  • Provide regular business insights by analyzing account data to help customers improve their business.
  • Develop cross-functional initiatives that will improve the overall customer experience and lead to greater satisfaction and loyalty among our customers.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to maintain and create the database of customer-facing materials consisting of videos, help center information, etc.
  • Ensure ongoing customer awareness of product updates by hosting regular webinars and user sessions.
  • Own end-to-end problem-solving efforts from discovery & exploration through resolution and implementation (both for customer and internal operations projects).

Who You Are:

  • You are first and foremost passionate about climate change and sustainability.
  • You have a strong understanding of value drivers in a high-growth startup environment.
  • 7+ years experience in customer success or account management at a software or digital technology company. 
  • 3+ years of team management experience.
  • Posses a data-driven mindset with the ability to identify key metrics, monitor and track performance, and make solid business decisions.
  • Experience speaking to growers.
  • You have exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects.
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a customer service attitude - finding customer pain points and eliminating them by delivering better support, products, and process.
  • You have experience creating processes that allow for scalable incorporation of customer feedback into the product roadmap.
  • You are self-motivated, scrappy, and have a desire to continue learning.

Your Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Management, or another related field.
  • Strong experience with hubspot, Intercom, Salesforce, ZenDesk, or similar applications
  • Demonstrated achievements working in food, produce, wholesale (value-added service to produce), agricultural or the agricultural technology industry
  • Passion for delivering value and building meaningful relationships through addressing customer needs
  • A desire to have a positive impact on something greater than you can achieve alone, you want to be a part of the company which is changing the world
