Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner will join our in-house talent team and will be responsible for driving recruitment for Reformation. The immediate focus will be on the growth of our creative teams, with additional support for various roles across corporate functions. This person will work with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions and needs for the role, then source a diverse candidate pool and manage the process to hire the best talent for their teams.

The ideal candidate is passionate about searching for great talent, adept at managing pipelines for candidate pools and has a critical eye for talent when assessing candidates. This person is great at thinking outside the box when it comes to sourcing strategies, has strong project management skills and is an effective communicator within the team and across levels and functions.  Flexibility and teamwork in a high-growth environment is a must!

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, identifying, engaging and evaluating top talent for hiring manager review
  • Write clear, effective and accurate job descriptions in partnership with hiring manager, post roles across platforms in a timely manner to access deep candidate pools, and monitor job listings for accuracy and responsiveness 
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs through methodical intake meetings to identify needs of role, confirm interview panel, and set expectations for search process, followed with weekly check-ins, ensuring candidate pool is meeting target competency expectations
  • Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal and external databases, contact lists and research leveraging hiring manager industry knowledge to find diverse talent
  • Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality and market feedback
  • Own and prioritize multiple requisitions and maintain high-quality communication with Hiring Managers regarding the status of the search weekly
  • Communicate effectively with the interview panels to ensure preparedness during the interview process; partner to identify key competency questions for interview consistency and quality
  • Support hiring through offer letter and transition of employee to onboarding
  • Share and exchange information with all levels of management; communicating effectively with HR partners and People Team
  • Generate and maintain data, track placement and hiring metrics
  • Handle additional talent acquisition related projects as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 + years experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong sourcing acumen and methodology
  • Successful track record and high level of expertise recruiting top talent 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workloads, multiple demands, and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing workplace
