This role will be a key member of the marketing team working closely with various members of the team to achieve results. This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in learning more about the various aspects of healthcare marketing and understanding how to bring new technologies to market. Projects will work across the various marketing efforts including, but not limited to marketing campaigns, tradeshows/events, social media and new product introduction. We’re looking for someone who embodies the RefleXion values and is passionate about changing the future of cancer care.
Intern Responsibilities and Learning Objectives
Support activities to prepare for RefleXion’s largest conference working closely to execute booth and booth-related activities, support development of campaign creative and partnering cross-functionally within the organization to ensure success.
Work with digital team to develop and post social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
Contribute to email campaigns by gaining an understanding of marketing automation creation and supporting the execution of campaigns.
Support reflexion.com, RefleXion Academy and the Sales HUB with key updates and potentially content development based on skill set.
Work closely with outside vendors to support RefleXion objectives.
Work across the RefleXion organization on cross-functional projects as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
Senior working towards Bachelor’s degree; 3rd year complete
Currently studying business with marketing concentration and/or communications
Team player, innovative thinker and a self-starter.
Constant learner, open to feedback and continuous iteration.
Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
