This position will Report directly to the CFO, we are seeking an experienced and analytical Associate Director of FP&A with strong numerical skills to manage and drive corporate budgetary compliance and own forward-looking forecasting and budgeting. The role will have extensive exposure to the CFO, the CEO and other members of the executive team and will work closely with, and be a key partner of, the Accounting team, including the VP of Finance.
This is a dynamic position in an exciting newly commercialized Company with significant exposure to senior executives. The role will be demanding and will require a willingness to interact with multiple layers of the organization and to be highly responsive during a period of significant corporate expansion. The role will be highly impactful to the company’s mission and the individual will grow with the company, developing both themselves and their team to help drive corporate growth.
Directing financial planning and strategy including full responsibility for budgets, forecasts and ad hoc analysis as required
Analyzing and reporting on various aspects of financial performance
Preparing forecasts, budgets and other financial projections
Managing the financial analyst
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or a CPA
Proficiency with budgeting software
12 years of cumulative experience including a minimum of 5 years of managing people
Experience in a fast-paced healthcare start-up a plus
