The Clinical Applications Trainer is an opportunity to use your Radiation Oncology experience to educate oncology professionals on the safe & effective use of the RefleXion system to treat cancer, as well as training RefleXion personnel on topics specific to their role.
Work with cross-functional teams to create the first training curriculum and set of training materials (Powerpoints, Quick Reference Guides, etc.) for both Oncology Customers (Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, and Radiation Therapists) and RefleXion personnel.
Lead, facilitate and/or serve as faculty at customer trainings in our Training Center in Hayward, CA and at the customer site.
Lead, facilitate and/or serve as faculty at employee training programs in our Training Center in Hayward, CA.
Ensure customers are receiving the best possible training by participating in the updating of the materials you helped to create.
As the training evolves, propose & help craft new training aids such as Quick Guides, e-learnings, etc.
Provide support to our sales efforts at customer trade shows or marketing events.
Experience in Radiation Oncology as a Radiation Therapist.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy field, ideally in both the clinical & commercial environments.
Demonstrated ability to gather content, create training presentations & present in formal training situations.
A passion about bringing new technology to customers through engaging training.
Ability to work effectively as part of the diverse team including physicists, scientists, and engineers.
Experience with a variety of treatment machines as well as treatment planning systems is a “plus.”
Experience in a commercial start-up environment is a “plus.”
Intermediate knowledge of business tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at a variety of technical levels.
Ability to travel up to 35%.
Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain client site access.
