What You Will Be Doing:

This Accountant will interact with a broad cross-section of accounting, from treasury, tax, and stock to AR, AP, SEC reporting, and GL accounting, as well as legal and HR. Over time, you will have the flexibility and openness to scale to different opportunities as they arise within the department to broaden your overall skillset.
In addition, you will:
- Responsible for global intercompany transactions, including transfer pricing, intercompany loans, intercompany funding, and all others intercompany charges
- Understanding transfer pricing arrangements, intercompany loan agreements, and treasury agreements
- Responsible for intercompany invoicing and settlement process in compliance with accounting policies
- Assist with all month-end accounting and reporting tasks, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Monitor intercompany balances and help identify resolutions when out of balance
- Coordination with other intercompany partners to properly settle aged intercompany AR/AP balances
What You Bring Along:
- You have formal accounting training, public company experience with 3+ inter-companies, and hands-on experience with US GAAP (mandatories).
- When asked what your favorite program is, you'd probably say Excel.
