What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead improvements to make processes more efficient and effective
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as preparing and/or reviewing financial reporting and flux analysis
- Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts
- Responsible for ensuring that intercompany transactions have been appropriately implemented and executed per the existing intercompany agreements
- Prepare and/or review global transfer pricing calculations in accordance with tax rules, including information and data gathering, status calls with team members
- Ensure Foreign exchange impact is appropriately accounted and reviewed for accuracy
- Manage the financial close process, including reviewing and analyzing financial data from subsidiary entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards
- Work cross functionally with various partners, including international accounting teams, FP&A, Revenue, Compliance, Tax, Treasury and non-accounting teams, to ensure flawless execution of close processes
What You Bring Along:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA perferred
- Previous experience working for a publicly traded company is a firm requirement, as is strong knowledge of financial and operational reporting and US GAAP
- Background in international subsidiaries and foreign currency
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with 3+ years supervising accounting teams
- Strong communication and mentor skill sets
- Enjoy building policies and developing processes and key controls
- Ability to assist in research and resolve technical accounting issues and reporting matters and implement in the organization
- Ability to work both independently and as a great teammate in a dynamic environment
- NetSuite experience and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are desired, as is experience in a high-growth technology company
