Managing the operations of fwd Campus program including events, ambassadors and community
Creation of a collaborative environment amongst our members
Driving growth and promotion of fwd fashion offerings in the student base
Responsibilities
Campus, Community Engagement & Events:
- Manage the fwd student community to to build engaged communities of brand fans, shoppers and creators through education, fun and sales activities
- Plan and Execute strategies for growth for the campus & student program for Myntra including participation in events & onground activations that include a balance of educational, fun, and sales-related activities
- Manage the fwd campus ambassador program to ensure highest level of member engagement and participation
- Create evolving member growth strategy
Content Development:
- Create and oversee the development of marketing collaterals, content, and promotional materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with category teams, pricing teams & central marketing & social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Influencer & Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging campaign ideas.
- Project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
