Roles and Responsibilities-
 Prepare financial information & does rigorous data based analysis for business reviews with key highlights.
 Handle adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.
 Participate in monthly closure calls with the controller’s organization/FP&A for P&L Review.
 Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying inconsistencies, initiate action and follow-up for logical closure.
 Brings out Business insights based on data which is otherwise not visible in regular reviews.
 Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency.
 Influence and drive business decision with appropriate analysis and comments. Strategic Thinking
 Understands the Business, and keeps a pulse of key financial drivers.
 Understands the next level of details - customer, brands, competition and can leverage the understanding to drive insight and analysis.


Qualifications & Experience -
 Finance Post-Graduate from a tier 1/ tier 2 University or business school with 1-3 years of prior experience in FP&A business facing roles. OR
A Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of Relevant Experience
 Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills
