Responsibilities:

  • Own areas of the product roadmap with a focus on increasing the number of new and existing visitors to Reddit; potential areas of ownership include notifications, generating new app installs, onboarding, sharing, partnerships, SEO, email
  • Work with your manager to set the growth product roadmap
  • Work closely with numerous teams across the Reddit org, including but not limited to: engineering, design, data science, community and other product teams
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods to estimate how product changes are likely to impact key metrics
  • Detailed data analysis of experiments and feature launches
  • Communicate decision making process and associated data widely throughout the company
