We are looking for a Data Analyst to work with our fast growing Growth team. You will work closely with Growth team to lead the charge on Reddit consumer product growth strategy. You will partner with feature engineering and product managers to cover an exciting array of Growth products including SEO, Push Notifications, Chat and Email, to up-level the acquisition of new users and retention of existing users.
Analyze conversations actions across Reddit's 50,000 interest-based communities, and convert into insights that help improve user acquisition/retention
Build dashboards that help Growth team tell detailed stories about product effectiveness
Design and analyze product feature experiments to determine the effectiveness of product strategy
Collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders, including feature engineering and product managers, to improve data quality and access
Be an integral part of the Data Org, leveraging and contributing to the data assets, shared across a school of world-class data experts
What We Can Expect From You:
BS or above in a quantitative major (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science)
3-5 years of experience in quantitative analytical roles, preferably for a consumer-facing service/app
Proficiency with relational database (e.g., SQL)
Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming languages (e.g., R / Python)
