Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales process, target top prospects, generate lead activity, identify solutions, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving Andesite’s sales goals, including new and existing accounts.
  • Lead and manage sales activities both inbound and outbound, operations, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Leverage new and existing industry relationships to gain access to Global 500, with a focus on Financial Institution, Technology, Power and Energy, and Healthcare.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to Andesite’s leadership and client engagement teams.
  • Contribute to the culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement; represent brand advocacy
  • Responsible for maintaining customers and assigned design partners as required

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Leadership, Chief Revenue Officer, Pre & Post Sales Technical Support, Marketing, and Product to exceed revenue targets by implementing strategic corporate goals.
  • Evangelize and educate customers, the market, and the industry on our mission, vision, strategy, and solution.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain new relationships with industry C-level executives.
  • Build, grow, and lead a global sales team focused on customer acquisition, customer retention, and that is committed to cybersecurity innovation.
  • Formulate a repeatable and scalable sales process, which can be leveraged across various industries, verticals, and territories.
  • Maximize reach by leveraging a network and ecosystem of strategic partners.
  • Recruit, hire, lead, develop and retain top sales performers.
  • Define and execute a plan to exceed customer acquisition and revenue goals.

Industry Experience:

  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience, exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience at early-stage startups [Seed, Series A through successful exits] in the cyber security industry.
  • Proven ability to position new and innovative products and service offering against competitors.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting.
  • Strong relationship building skills and natural comfort level working with and developing executive business relationships with industry C-level executives, requiring a level of professionalism, business maturity, and executive presence.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate how technology products and solutions solve complex business problems to a variety of audiences and skill levels.
  • Passion for the craft of being a Cybersecurity Sales professional with an exemplary personal brand and reputation in the industry.
  • Player/Coach mentality: the ability to take on a broad and evolving set of responsibilities in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment, whether executing or developing team members to execute Cultural awareness to assess situations where language, culture and or demographics impact the environment and our execution
  • Possess well-developed communication and presentation skills; able to communicate with confidence at the CxO level.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support corporate objectives, up to 50%
