Our Brand Design team is growing and we’re seeking a passionate, inspiring Design Director with strong experience building brands from the ground up and creating provocative work for clients across categories. You’ll lead a talented team of brand designers and collaborate closely across disciplines to help create fully immersive brand experiences that have an impact on both our teams and clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the creative process, developing holistic brand identity systems while ensuring the work is concise and thoughtful and delivers a real impact for our clients’ businesses
  • Guide and influence the work, ensuring that design is impeccable and aligned with our clients’ visions
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and confidence, serving as a creative expert during our brand process
  • Partner with Client Directors and Strategy Directors to facilitate a seamless process, identifying opportunities to build on our success
  • Collaborate across disciplines to continue evolving and improving our internal process, finding efficiencies that ensure our work is strategic and smart
  • Mentor designers and identify opportunities for growth, nurturing the team’s talents and strengths through training and support
  • Engage in recruitment and help facilitate team growth and learning
  • Contribute thought leadership to marketing efforts and other profile building initiatives

Skills and qualities we look for:

  • 7+ years of brand building experience within creative or branding agencies, crafting compelling visual identities that span a variety of platforms and touchpoints
  • Solid foundation in art direction and graphic design
  • Exceptional design aesthetic that is unconventional yet memorable with a solid grounding in typography
  • Ability to work across a wide range of categories, being brave and innovative in your design approach
  • Demonstrated track record of managing creative teams and delivering impactful work that is disruptive and boundary-pushing
  • Previous experience motivating and leading a team and supporting the professional development of young design talent
  • Determined and ambitious with a clear point of view and a leader inside and outside the organization
  • Strategic thinking skills and a passion for critical analysis and problem-solving
  • A curious and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Effective communication skills and a natural style of building relationships
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
