We are seeking a personable self-starter to join the Recruiters On Demand & Talent Delivery team at our growing organization. Ideally, you are someone who enjoys learning, asking questions, and managing time sensitive assignments. The Recruiters on Demand & Talent Delivery team works with clients to help add recruiting resources to their respective teams. Our clients range from top financial services, manufacturing, consumer brands, hospitality, and RPO companies. 

This individual will work directly under the mentorship of a Senior Program Lead, and will have a critical role in helping to identify, qualify and manage recruiters on assignment with our clients. This individual will be responsible for relationship and account management with the client. 

We are a hands-on, team-oriented and fast-paced environment, offering exposure to all facets of our business. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing resumes
  • Slate candidates for client review
  • Monitor team performance
  • Manage internal and external trackers
  • Lead weekly calls with client leadership


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience in account management or a customer-centric role beneficial
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and work efficiently
  • Personable and curious by nature, with a passion for learning
  • Interest in developing recruiting knowledge and skill sets
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of information gathered
  • Strong verbal, written communication and time-management skills
  • A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

  • Salary Plus Bonus: $45,000 - $50,000
