As the Sr. People Generalist at Recorded Future, you'll own and maintain our contingent worker workforce and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) vendors across a global landscape. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across all departments, from legal and finance to senior leadership, ensuring seamless and efficient People Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to global HR initiatives while building a path for your career growth within Recorded Future.
What You'll Do as Sr. People Generalist:
- Redesign and document the contingent worker onboarding, offboarding, and conversion processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with PEO vendors, ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes for employees.
- Oversee PO creation, invoicing, and conduct regular audits of contingent worker data to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including legal, procurement, finance, and department heads, to align and streamline workflows.
- Assist the People Operations team with employment contracts, offer letters, promotion, and transfer letters.
- Support routine job changes, such as manager changes or large reorganizations, ensuring accurate data in Workday.
What You'll Bring as the Sr. People Generalist:
- Proven HR experience, with a strong understanding of employment contracts, offer letters, contingent workforce management, and PEOs.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with v-lookups, if statements, and pivot tables.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate cross-functionally.
- A people-centric mindset with the ability to adapt to data-driven tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for growing within the HR field.
