As the Technical Recruiter for our Intelligence Solutions organization you will be supporting and building our product teams (Product Management, Data Science, Operations, R&D, Security, IT/Support) that is responsible for delivering innovative security solutions that protect our clients. You will work with a fast paced Recruiting Team that has grown by 400% over the past 12 months, with continued plans to grow alongside the business.
What you’ll do
Partner with Hiring Managers to develop a talent strategy that ensures we identify and hire top talent
Develop a constant talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
Deliver a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full-life-cycle responsibilities
Drive innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent in the market
Partner with Employment Branding on campaigns and external/onsite events to attract talent and drive awareness
Work with the broader HR team on various projects and programs to support talent initiatives and employee engagement
What you’ll bring
3+ years of experience in full-life-cycle Recruiting with a focus on technical roles
Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
A positive, collaborative and energetic style with a drive to make an impact
Exceptional attention to detail with a desire to take initiative
