In this position, you’ll act as part of the sales team interfacing closely with Customer Success to ensure customers are attaining maximum value from our products, and scout opportunities for growth within established accounts. The ideal candidate should be eager to develop lasting customer relations and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and have a consultative style.

You should have the confidence, discipline, and drive to build lasting relationships and hunt for new opportunities with existing customers. You’ll be directly involved in powering our sales to the next level.


  • Manage relationships with key clients across a portfolio of clients throughout EMEA and beyond
  • Meet and exceed revenue and renewal quotas
  • Prepare and deliver ongoing account renewal and revenue expansion forecasts
  • Identify and cultivate account growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the Intelligence Services team
  • Research and build new relationships within existing accounts 


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in software sales or account management (revenue expansion role).
  • Experience with SaaS, information security/cyber 
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • You’re a disciplined, tenacious self-starter, coachable and love a challenge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
  • You take initiative and proactively seek out the resources needed to solve the problem at hand
  • Aggressively use resources available to resolve technical challenges especially when you don’t know the answer
  • Salesforce experience strongly desired
  • Driven to take your career to the next level
