We are looking to add an Associate Sales Recruiter to support our entry level sales teams. This is an opportunity to define, grow, and own talent acquisition for a highly critical area of our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, manage a high volume and high transaction recruiting desk, and can manage their time and multiple tasks effectively.
- Partner with hiring managers, locally & abroad, to identify hiring needs and job specifications for each position
- Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities
- Develop a constant talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
- Manage internal & external events to attract talent and drive employment brand
- Oversee internship & co-op hiring for assigned teams
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent in the market
- Liaise closely with internal functions to ensure a smooth hiring process – HR, Branding, Legal, Finance, and Sales Leadership
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS
- Experience working in a recruiting, sourcing, or BDR/Lead Gen capacity
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates or deals
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow up, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Experience working at a high-growth startup
- Experience working in Security or SaaS industry
- Full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience working with Greenhouse
