This Role: The Triager will work as part of our Analyst Services team that partners with Recorded Future clients. This team is primarily responsible for responding to on-demand intelligence requests.A Triager is expected to be able to handle the organization, allocation, and tracking of requests from a wide variety of clients. Additionally, this employee will help collect and track usage metrics. There will also be opportunities to help out the team in regards to sales support, marketing, and operational planning.You will be a problem-solving expert handling and implementing bleeding edge threat intelligence technology as well as the nexus between Recorded Future and its clients. You must be passionate about technology as well as building a world class security business.

Qualifications

A college degree
Experience with salesforce, Jira, or some other workflow system
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
Great organizational skills
The ability to coordinate between multiple projects at once
A self starter approach
A creative mind that looks for process improvements and efficiencies
