Job Description

Have you ever wanted to be the editor of your own publication? Now’s your chance! We’re looking for a rockstar content marketer to join the team at Reciprocity. We aspire to use content as a way to connect with every professional in our target market and your job will be to create engaging content that delivers on that goal. You should be a great storyteller who loves to understand complex topics and distill them down into simple, yet insightful, content with the goal of people looking forward to hearing what we have to say.

 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content across all online channels
  • Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
  • Manage the content marketing budget, editorial calendar, and content development workflows
  • Manage of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
  • Collaborate across functional areas to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to met the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Consistent measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
  • Development of content consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Executive presentations on the program and results

 

What we are looking for:

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong editorial skills
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize based on outcomes
  • Data-driven and highly analytical
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with wordpress, Google analytics, and marketing automation platforms

Bonus

  • Security, Risk or Compliance experience is a strong plus but not required
  • Experience with online community building a plus
