Who we are looking for
We are seeking a dedicated Market Leader Robotics and Intelligent Automation to drive business development and market growth initiatives. This ambitious role requires a strategic problem solver with a deep understanding of the manufacturing and engineering landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding opportunities, building relationships, and rapidly growing our presence in focus markets. This leader will be a vital member of our commercial leadership team, developing and performing a comprehensive market-focused growth strategy that aligns with our 5-year objectives. Proven experience in B2B, B2C, and dynamic, high-growth environment and have experience in regulated hard tech or SaaS models.

Education and/or Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, business development, or strategy roles within the engineering and manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of developing successful strategies that drive growth
- Strong understanding of coordinated demand generation tools and techniques
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and encourage teams
- Analytical Approach: Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation and closing skills
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the robotics and automation landscape
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed
