Who we are looking for

We are seeking a dedicated Market Leader Energy Generation & Production to drive business development and market growth initiatives! This ambitious role requires a strategic problem solver with a keen understanding of the manufacturing and engineering landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding opportunities, building relationships, and rapidly growing our presence in focus markets. This leader will be a vital member of our commercial leadership team, developing and performing a comprehensive market-focused growth strategy that aligns with our 5-year objectives. Proven experience in B2B, B2C, and dynamic, high-growth environment and have experience in regulated hard tech or SaaS models.

  • Market Dynamics: Collaborate with commercial teams to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across business development, sales, and member companies.
  • Customer Acquisition: Expand Re:Build's customer base in key markets.
  • Commercial Goals: Support and implement our overall go-to-market strategy.

Education and/or Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in marketing, business development, sales, or strategy roles within the applicable market sector.
  • Proven track record of developing successful strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of coordinated demand generation tools and techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and encourage teams with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Approach: Ability to make data-driven decisions and identify key insights.
  • Negotiation Skills: Outstanding negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the engineering and manufacturing landscape.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
