Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Finance Account Coordinator to become a key player on our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our internal accounting services as we scale. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and providing excellent customer service. As part of our finance team, you will work directly with our program management office and commercial team to intake and maintain purchase orders, and ensure projects are ready for accurate invoicing. You will also be on front line for troubleshooting order changes and client billing requests.

- Account Management: Handle the setup, maintenance, and closure of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client information in our database, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on account activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure seamless account management.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the account administration function.
What you will bring to the Team
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Diligent: Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using account management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve account-related issues.
- Great Teammate: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Leadership of cross functional teams without direct reporting authority
- Must be able to rethink how work is done to make modifications and improvements to products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account administration, customer service, or related roles.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. Preferred Experience with QuickBooks.
- Experience with data entry and monthly financial reporting.
Location Requirements: Will be hybrid at any of the Re:Build Manufacturing company locations: Framingham, MA, Wilmington, MA, Merrimack, NH, New Kensington, PA, Rochester, NY, Avon, OH, Denver, CO or Rock Hill, SC
