Who we are looking for
This position is located full-time, onsite within our Re:Build Manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. In response to growth in our product offering and a strategic expansion of our capabilities, the Team at RBNK is growing and seeking to fill the position of Assembly Technician.
What you get to do
- Installs/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written & electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items.
- Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling.
- Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation
- Communicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
- Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork
What you bring to the Team
- High school diploma or GED is PREFERRED
- Can read a basic drawing and work instructions
- Demonstrates in-process inspection competence.
- Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
- Has both mechanical and technical capacity.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Honest and timely communication
- Self-motivation and positive attitude
