Re:Car is looking for an energetic, organized, experienced Change Management Specialist to join our growing team.

This role will be a key enabler to building Re:Car's short/mid/long term Change Management strategy and processes.
Change Management Specialist will be tasked with leading the implementation of a Program Management Change Management process with a lean and continuous improvement method and mindset. She/He will work directly with the cross-functional teams to deliver program excellence aligned with Re:Car’s corporate objectives.
This candidate will have an innate curiosity and analytical approach to everything. She/he will take great pride in finding nuggets of insight in places others haven’t seen or noticed. The Lead will be expected to take their own initiative, as well as reacting to requests, in research, report preparation, and other related needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Change Control workflow aligned with the Re:Car’s product development process.
Responsible for gathering input to streamline the Change Control Process from change request creation through approval.
Champion and implement Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) procedures and documentation requirements working w/ IT and the cross functional teams.
Define and configure business processes surrounding the use of PLM/PDM applications including BOM configuration (EBOM/MBOM), part attributes, lifecycles milestones and workflows.
Work closely with Purchasing & Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing Teams by understanding their requirements to support the implementation of ERP and MES Systems.
Engage with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Brand & Marketing, and Finance teams to communicate requirements and resolve issues
Qualifications:
BA / BS Degree in engineering/management discipline or equivalent in experience
10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the automotive industry
Experience utilizing the Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Power suite
Experience with PLM & ERP systems
Excellent communication Team building and relationship building skills
Proficient knowledge with Product Life Cycle Management Tools.
Demonstrate superior customer communication and service skills
Possess the ability to perform engineering and design process assessments and generate findings and recommendations reports.
