Who are we looking for?
The Project Coordinator L1 will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders and requests acting as the customer liaison to engineering, production, shipping, and accounting departments. You will strive for complete understanding and ownership of customer’s projects and products. This is the ideal position for someone who has a manufacturing background who is self-directed and thrives on complex issues that may require additional research and follow up.

- Responds to inquiries on order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Review bills of material on jobs.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Responsible for complying with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (DPAS, ITAR, ISO9001, and AS9100 etc.)
- Maintaining clear communication between operations and departments on critical, urgent, and essential parts and supplies.
- Coordination of various high volume projects
- Customer account management.
- Handle order entry, scheduling, inventory control, invoicing, customer returns, and budgetary forecasting of the account for production.
- Document procedures, as well as track and review processes accordingly.
What you will bring to the Team
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to demonstrate attention to details
- Team player who can effectively interact with management and collaborate with other departments in the organization
- Strong mathematical skills
- Maintain a professional disposition in a fast paced, open area, neat, and organized office environment.
- Experience working in an ERP system desired.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic ability to read drawings.
