We are looking for a skilled Risk Analyst to support our Risk Operations team in Miami, FL. This is an in-person role based out of our Doral office.

What’s the role?
- Fraud Analysis: Assess recent and historical dispute activity across customer accounts to determine trends amongst fraudulent merchants, rapid transactions, scams, etc.
- Operational quality assurance: Responsible for overseeing the quality assurance program, performing manual audits and iterating on this process, helping ensure the corresponding operations team’s accurate handling of KYC, disputes, etc.
- Stakeholder engagement: Completing monthly reporting and any additional requests as needed by our internal teams as well as our external bank partners
- Cross-functional collaboration: Being a go-to Risk stakeholder for other teams, including Customer Service, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Product, Data, amongst other teams
- Fraud monitoring: Identify and flag suspicious activity for further investigation and document activity using our internal ticketing tools
Who we’re looking for
- Comfortable with concepts surrounding KYC, CIP, AML, OFAC, SAR, Reg E Disputes preferred
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, passionate about quality, with extremely high standards for delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team-based and cross functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Looker and/or SQL a strong plus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
- At least two years of experience in similar risk role
