We're building a great Operations team in our Doral office. As part of the team, you will help improve our banking operations processes; and work with our Customer Service and Product teams to make our customers' experience better. Here are some more details about the role:

What’s the role?

  • Escalations: Empower our Escalations team to resolve better/faster by communicating with our partners and providers
  • Resolution: Work closely with our CS team to improve volumes, resolution ability, and efficiency
  • Quality: Support other team members in communication, quality monitoring, training, and mentoring to ensure we have a top-quality team
  • Collaboration: Team up with our Risk, CS, Escalations and Product teams to investigate customer behavior, proactively detect patterns, understand our customers' needs and keep our customers happy
  • Stability: Assist with additional initiatives to reduce operational downtime, improve stability and implement automations

Who we’re looking for

  • A fantastic communicator with a service mindset
  • Passionate for process improvement and continuous operational improvement
  • You love working with customers, understanding their needs, and improving products to better meet their needs
  • You are bilingual in Spanish and English

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience within fin-tech operations, process development or data analysis
  • You have some experience with coding (Python). You won't be coding much in this role, but you will be handling multiple software interfaces (Looker, Intercom, Jira) and having at least some programming experience will help you succeed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, if needed
