We are looking for a skilled Web Marketing Manager to support our Online Marketing team in Miami.

What's the role?

  • Oversee the optimization and testing strategies for SEO, SEM, App Store Optimization (ASO), and landing page performance.
  • Manage MAJORITY’s marketing infrastructure including our CDP,  tracking and attribution systems.
  • Liaise with Data and Web teams to write tickets and communicate Online priorities.
  • Launch, manage, and fine-tune digital campaigns across multiple paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Provide in-depth analysis & regular reports on website and search performance KPIs.
  • Stay updated with the latest in search, ensuring our strategies are always a step ahead.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to synchronize search strategies with broader digital campaigns.

Required qualifications

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in teams effectively and create strong relationships.
  • You have a passion for process improvement and are numbers-driven.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, self-starter, and high-pace startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in SEM, SEO, and related roles.
  • A customer-centric approach with a knack for understanding their needs and adapting strategies accordingly.
