The Role

Handling mission-critical platforms of international enterprise accounts at several operational aspects from design to implementation via day-to-day optimisations and tuning, while ensuring their satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Be the full tech owner of our managed-service platform
  • Take end-to-end professional responsibility over our customers on-boarding life-cycle
  • Growing and mentoring your team members
  • Collaborating with other teams within the support, devops and sales
  • Proactively build your team, recruiting and on-boarding
  • Lead the team’s atmosphere and culture

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of professional experience in cloud operations and customer support (levels 3-4)
  • Great people skills with the ability to work with everyone in the company at both a conceptual as well as a detailed levelA tech savvy, team player with a "can do" attitude
  • Independent, responsible, with a true desire to make an impact
  • Passionate about IT and cloud engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge
  • Experience with Firewalls, Load-balancers and network gateways
  • Driven by tough challenges, and producing reliable and scalable solutions
  • Enthusiastic about architecture, design, testing, and performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at both at the technical and customer levels in English
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
