Who You Are
We are looking for someone who knows how to deliver the value of our product to thousands of users and partners in the US. As Director of Growth, you will help build and lead a growth machine that consists of mobile user growth, creative avenues for revenue generation, marketing strategies, and optimizing our user growth channels. Partnering closely with Product & Engineering, Leadership, and Marketplace teams, you will be responsible for helping Realm dramatically increase the number of new users we support.

What You Will Work On
- Develop overall company growth strategy with Leadership team, design, execute and iterate upon growth initiatives with the goal to drive 10x KPI growth
- Create and maintain a transparent catalog of growth tactics and disruptive initiatives to increase monthly users
- Set up creative experiments on a weekly basis, execute them in coordination with the relevant teams
- Regularly report to the Leadership team to share the outcome of the growth hacking initiatives and to receive input and feedback on new projects to be executed
- Gather, analyze and interpret the data related to the experiments you are performing, making data-driven conclusions on their success and and find your next growth opportunity waiting to be unlocked
- Analyze application and marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape short-iteration tests in our feature development and sales outreach
- Evaluate customer acquisition costs and look for efficient return on growth investment
- Help determine how we should position ourselves, and get this message out to the prospects, customers and partners who should hear it
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, having an ability to move a cross-functional group in a unified direction and with a common vision
- Act as a approachable and positive individual, able to make meaningful and lasting connections, inspire confidence in others, making it easy for them to trust in insights, directives, and judgments
- Partner with the: (1) product team to validate new product features and experiences, (2) revenue team to set monthly & quarterly growth targets, (3) content team to outline content required to achieve growth goals
- Own growth budget, reporting, and optimization
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of B2C and/or B2B2C growth marketing;
- Mobile app download exp required, having acquired >100k users in 6 months or less
- Marketplace experience preferred
- At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar stage company ( pre series C) with provable examples of growth initiatives you personally created and owner.
- Data-driven: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics. SQL expertise preferred
- Open-minded, curious, and an adaptable problem solver who never runs out of creative ideas
- Relentless and will only accept big wins as a measure of successes
