About the role

ready2order is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Tech Lead who helps the team ship high-quality software and hardware point-of-sales (POS) systems for small and medium businesses.

What you will do

As the Quality Assurance Tech Lead, you will oversee a team of QA Engineers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products by implementing effective testing strategies, leading test automation efforts, and conducting hands-on testing with our custom hardware. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Office presence for testing reasons will be required sometimes, but there is still lots of flexibility and opportunity to work from home on days when presence is not needed. 

What makes you ready for us

  • Several years of experience in quality assurance/testing roles, ideally with prior leadership experience
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test plans
  • Proficiency with test automation and tooling (e.g. Cypress, Testrail, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Javascript as a test automation scripting language
  • German language skills, ideally C1 level or better
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote-first environment

The base salary for this position is EUR 56.000 gross per year. Of course, we are willing to pay a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
