We’re seeking a People Operations Associate to join the team. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the wider people and operations teams. This varied role will see you getting involved in recruitment administration, new employee onboarding and overall helping to make sure Reachdesk is an amazing place to work!

What will be your responsibilities for this role?
- Assist with day to day functioning of the people & operations team
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Business Operations Manager
- Ensure our HR system (Hibob) is kept up to date
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Be the first point of contact for any HR queries throughout the business
- Entering new starters and leavers onto company systems, and welcoming new employees to the business
- Submitting employee data reports by assembling, and preparing data
- Previous experience or training in Human Resources
- Familiarity or experience using Hibob or similar HR system
- Familiarity or experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- 0-3 years experience in HR, business operations
- 0-3 years’ related experience in a SaaS/data businesses;
