RCG IT Philippines is in need of JAVA DEVELOPERS to be part of our growing team. We are looking for highly-skilled individuals who are amenable to work on night shift and Temporary Work From Home, Hybrid or RTO set-up. Our offices in the Philippines are located in Makati City and Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring and Hibernate
Experience in web services programming, system analysis and design, and testing
Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
Has exposure to Agile methodology
Good written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis on business requirements and prepare program specifications at the systems level for simple systems or modules
Develop or maintain, test and implement modules according to system specifications. Identify all possible scenarios and prepare tests for the systems under development
Execute test plan during development and system testing and provide user acceptance testing or other testing support as required to ensure that the system processing reflects user requirements / designs
Provide post-implementation and production support for systems including analysis of production problems
Perform implementation activities such as program promotions, installation of the system, training and tutorial for end users
Perform development/update of the User’s Manual, Systems Manual and Operations Manual
Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager during the course of development and related support activities
In-charge of a system module. Identify areas for improvement /enhancement on existing system module or on the entire system, and on new ones being developed
Determine, analyze, and transform business requirements to produce design specifications at the system and programming levels
